1. Scratches: we try to avoid scratches as much as possible during the production process, however, there is no 100% guarantee that there will be no scratches. Please be mindful.
2. Indentation and crease: each bag has a filler in the inner space, a bag on the outside, and hard paper to fix the shape. But even so, there will still be some indentations during transportation. The bag will slowly recover its shape after a while.
3. Glue marks on the zipper slider can be slightly wiped with a damp paper towel.
4. The position of the cat ears cannot be completely guaranteed to be upright at 90 degrees. Due to the production method, the two ears may not be on the same horizontal line.
